[摘要] This Norm, consisting of 14 articles, establishes the technical guidelines for the environmental licensing of charcoal production (applying only for non-industrial furnaces). These technical guidelines aim at regulating the environmental licensing of the above mentioned activities and specify the requirements to be met to perform charcoal production.
