Decree No. 248 of the Council of Ministers validating State Energy Saving Strategy for the period of 2016-2020.

[摘要] This Decree validates State Energy Saving Strategy for the period of 2016-2020 for the purpose of accelerated investments in innovative sectors of economy with a view of curbing gross consumption of fuel and energy resources, increase of consumption of renewable energy and energy saving due to employment of modern energy saving technologies and equipment, and reduction of energy losses caused by transportation of energy.
