[摘要] The present Act lays down provisions relating to the organization of the Ministry of Environment. The Minister shall be in charge of ensuring, with a view to sustainable development, the protection of the environment. Moreover, the Minister shall elaborate and propose to the Government policies regarding, in particular, the protection of ecosystems and biodiversity; the prevention, abatement or elimination of water, air and soil contamination; the establishment and management of aquatic reserves
