[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Law of 19 June 2007 on civil protection. Article 1 establishes that the Justice and Security Department shall carry out all tasks related to the present Law and the Ordinance on civil protection, unless otherwise provided. The text consists of 13articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Competences (I); Cantonal management (II); Municipal management (III); Partner organizations and alert (IV); Final provisions (V).
