Order No. 421 establishing procedures for environmental licensing for electric power transmission.

[摘要] This Order, consisting of 7 Chapters ad 5 Annexes, establishes the technical procedures to be satisfied by electric power transmission systems in order to obtain the environmental licence. This Order is divided as follows: Definitios (Chap. I); Procedures for Federal environmental licensing (Chaps. II-V); and Federal Environmental Approval (Chap. VI). The Regularization and granting of authorization will be under the IBAMA.
