Act amending Act on integrated environmental prevention and control of environmental pollution.

[摘要] This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on integrated environmental prevention and control of environmental pollution. In particular the amended art.3 defines elements of integration authorization in the area of air protection, surface water and groundwater, in the area of waste, protection of agricultural land, public health, geology and the protection of nature and landscape. The replaced art. 8 provides details of reporting on integrated prevention and control of pollution.
