Law No. 12.187 instituting the National Policy on Climate Change.

[摘要] This Law, composed of 12 articles, institutes the National Policy on Climate Change with the view of providing an institutional structure and resources dedicated to the protection of the environment from the risks of climate change. The Policy also includes within the main guide-lines all United Nations’ provisions on Climate Change as well as those of Kyoto Protocol.
