Decree of the President of the Province No. 122 making provision in matter of penalties in the field of protection of the environment against pollution.

[摘要] This Decree determines those administrative offences in matter of protection of the environment against pollution which do not cause irreversible damages to the environment or public health. The offences are listed out in Annex A. Further provisions regulate the procedure to be followed in the application of the relevant penalties.
