Regional Law No. 330-ZO “On extraction of peat”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates the issues of extraction of peat, considered mineral fuel material. Extraction of peat shall be considered priority policy with a view of use of peat as ecofriendly renewable energy resource and use of peat as fertilizer for improvement of soil fertility. Prospecting and extraction of peat shall be carried out in accordance with legislation on subsoil management.
