[摘要] The Premier orders to the ministries and departments concerned to elaborate, following directions of the UN Conference on Environment and Development draft conception of the transition of the Russian Federation to the model of sustainable development, ensuring balanced solution of the tasks of perspective social and economic development and conservation of favourable state of environment and environmental and resource potential for the purpose of meeting vital needs of the population.
