Decree No. 56 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on safety requirements for experimental testing fields destined for testing of nonpathogenic GMOs prior to release thereof to environment.

[摘要] This Decree establishes safety requirements for experimental testing fields destined for testing of nonpathogenic GMOs prior to release thereof to environment. The aforesaid fields must be equipped with announcement board containing information on the name of legal person or individual entrepreneur performing testing of GMO, land area of experimental testing field, warning notice of GMO testing, types of GMO and fenced-in area for testing.
