Legislative Decree from 16 December 2016, no. 257 on implementing discipline of Directive 2014/94/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2014 on the establishment of an alternative fuel infrastructure.

[摘要] This Decree, in order to reduce the dependence from oil and attenuate the environmental impact in the transport sector, establishes the minimum necessary requirements for the construction of infrastructures for alternative fuels, including charging points for electric vehicles, and filling points of liquefied natural compressed gas, hydrogen and other (on the territory of the Republic of Italy, and part of the National Strategic Framework).
