Decree No. 115 of the Ministry of Public Health validating Sanitary rules, regulations and hygienic requirements “Noise at workplace, means of transport, in residential edifices, public edifices and residential urban areas”.

[摘要] This Decree establishes maximum permissible limits for noise at at workplace, means of transport, in residential edifices, public edifices and residential urban areas with a view of protection of public health. It shall not be applicable for noise emitted by home speaker and audio systems and aircraft. This Decree establishes noise classification system.
