Act on Protection against Ionizing Radiation and Nuclear Safety.

[摘要] The purposes of this Act are to protect human health and the environment from detrimental effects of ionising radiations, regulate the implementation of nuclear safety measures and determine the organization of the administrative bodies. The Act is divided into 16 Parts. Part 1 gives definitions, basic principles of the Act, and provides for the appointment of expert councils. Part 2 sets out provisions for obtaining permits to carry out practices involving radiation and to use radiation sources
