Gas Market Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Act of 18 September 2003 on the natural gas market (Gas Market Act). In particular, the Ordinance regulates the: a) access to the network; b) invoicing and the supplier change; c) ensuring the security of supply. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Access to networks (II); Invoicing and supplier change (III); Securing supply (IV); Final provisions (V).
