Law No. 5.101 creating the State Institution for the implementation of Environmental Policy (INEA).

[摘要] This Law, consisting of 4 Chapters and 3 Annexes, creates the State Institution for the implementation of Environmental Policy (INEA) under the State Secretariat for the Environment. This Law establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned insitution, entitled to implement State policies on environment, water and forestry resources.
