Coexistence Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Act of 25 November 2010 on handling of genetically modified, pathogenic or alien organisms (Organisms Act). In particular, the Ordinance regulates the : 1) cultivation of seeds of genetically modified plants and the handling of crops harvested thereof in agriculture, forestry and gardening; 2) ensures the coexistence of conventional and organic crop production with the cultivation of genetically modified plants.
