[摘要] Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional state bodies shall be responsible for organization and performance of regional state supervision in the sphere of protection of the population and territory against the outbreak of natural and technological disasters of regional, inter-municipal and municipal levels with the consideration of the modalities of state supervision set forth by the Government of the Russian Federation”.
