[摘要] Article 72 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Ecological education, including information of the population of environmental legislation and environmental security, shall be performed by the regional state bodies, local government, social associations, mass media, and also by the educational and cultural institutions, museums, libraries, environmental institutions, sport and tourism organizations and by other legal persons”.
