[摘要] This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEA). This Statute, consisting of 3 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to design, coordinate, implement and assess the Government policy on energy and water local State Administrations, territorial organization and management and support any administrative activity related to energy and water organization.
