[摘要] This Law, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes the National Policy on Tourism. It defines the Federal Government competencies in the planning, development and promotion of the touristic sector. This Law is divided as follows: Preliminary Provisions (Chap. I); National Tourism System for Planning and Policy (Chap. II); Coordination, Decision and Actions of the Federal Planning (Chap. III); Promotion of Touristic Activity (Chap. IV); Touristic Facilities (Chap. V) and Final Provisions (Chap. VI).
