Water Pollution (Jersey) Law 2000.

[摘要] This Law provides rules for the introduction directly or indirectly into controlled waters of any polluting or otherwise harmful substance or energy and prescribes other measures to prevent pollution of such waters. "Controlled waters" are the territorial sea, coastal waters, inland waters and groundwater.
