[摘要] This Act provides for the establishment as a body corporate of a public body denominated the Utility Regulatory Authority, which shall carry out such regulatory functions as may be assigned to it under this Act or a relevant utility legislation. The Authority shall principally regulate, control and supervise utility services as specified in Part B of the First Schedule to this Act.
