[摘要] The Premier decrees to approve the proposal of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Ministry of Finance regarding concession by the enterprises and organizations attached to the Committee on Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of specialized hydrometeorological information and data on environmental pollution to commercial firms, enterprises and organization of marine transport on contractual basis for fee.
