Regional Law No. 59-RZ “On objects of cultural heritage”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates the issues of state protection, conservation, management and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage. Objects of cultural heritage shall be classified as of federal, regional and local (municipal) significance. Regional Government shall be responsible for identification, classification, registration of the objects of cultural heritage and mapping of the boundaries of protection areas around them.
