Regulation on Method and Criteria for Determination of the Amount of the Fee for Use of Transmission and Distribution Network.

[摘要] The purpose of this Regulation is to determine data and calculations to be submitted to the Regulatory Council by a system operator, an energy undertaking for transmission of electricity as well as an energy undertaking for distribution of electricity when applying for determination of the fee for the use of transmission or distribution network and fees for coverage of costs for providing the system services.
