Decree No. 130 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on performance of exploration of plots of subsoil for purposes not related to mining.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of performance of exploration of plots of subsoil for purposes not related to mining. It shall be applicable to plots of subsoil destined for waste storage and waste disposal, and for construction of gas storage facilities and other industrial facilities. Prior to exploration of subsoil shall be performed geological data collection, processing, analysis and sistematization related to advisability of location and projecting of the aforesaid facilities.
