Rodrigues Regional Assembly (Fisheries and Marine Resources - Marine Protected Areas) Regulations 2009 (GN No. 2 of 2009).

[摘要] These Regulations of the Rodrigues Regional Assembly provide for the protection of the Marine Protected Areas and in particular the South East Marine Protected Area. No person shall carry out specified activities in a Marine Protected Area without an authorization of the Commissioner. Other activities, i.e. discharge or deposit any polluting substances or damaging, defacing, or otherwise interfering with any marine flora or fauna, are prohibited.
