[摘要] The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Energy Industry Act of 7 July 2005. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Land Baden-Württemberg responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Act. The text consists of 4 articles.
