[摘要] This Law governs the legal status of public roads, classification of the public roads, planning, construction, reconstruction and maintenance of all public roads on the territory of the Croatian Republic, including all necessary measures to protect the environment and to reduce the environmental impact of public roads and traffic on them, franchises, managing, financing and supervision of public roads in order to maintain the correct and eco-friendly public road circulation and development.
