[摘要] This Decree defines duties and powers of the State Chemical Inspection Agency. As far as there does not exist another competent authority, the Agency shall be responsible for measures to prevent and reduce risks for public health and the environment in relation with chemicals, products treated with chemical substances and biotechnological organisms.
