Regional Law No. 11-OZ “On mitigation of the consequences of negative environmental impact”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates the issues of mitigation of the consequences of negative environmental impact caused by economic and other activities. Special commission shall be set up entrusted with the following plenary powers: (a) law enforcement of legislation on environmental protection, subsoil, land, forest legislation and legislation on protection of the atmospheric air; (b) elaboration of recommendations on land re-cultivation, payment of environmental damages and environmental audit; and
