[摘要] President of State Committee of Environmental Protection orders, in accordance with Governmental Ordinance No.276-r of 1997 regarding transfer of Federal ecological fund of the Russian Federation under the jurisdiction of the Committee, to establish that marine ecological funds, functioning within the system the Committee, must be considered structural sub-divisions (branches) of Federal ecological fund of the Russian Federation.
