[摘要] These Regulations amend Schedule 3 of the European Union (Renewable Energy) Regulations 2014 on the percentage of greenhouse gas emission saving from the use of biofuels and bioliquid. They also substitute for the definition of “Directive” a new definition: “Directive" means Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009, as amended by Article 2(5) of Directive (EU) 2015/1513 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 September 2015.
