[摘要] This Act concerns the modernization of the Division of Environmental Health of the Department of Public Health and Social Services. The Director of Administration, in consultation with the Department of Public Health and Social Services, shall establish a new series of positions, called Environmental Public Health Officers, within the Division to replace existing positions of environmental health officers.
