[摘要] Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Coordination bodies shall be set up on the regional territory within the infrastructure of the unified state system for the prevention of natural and technological disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof with a view of coordination of the aforesaid activities at the regional level”.
