Regulation on detailed scope of obligation for buying electrical energy produced in association with heat production.

[摘要] The Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour, which is composed of seven paragraphs, establishes: technical and technological parameters of producing electrical energy in association with heat production; amount and method of estimation of the part of the electrical energy in association with heat production compared with the total sale of electrical energy; method of consideration costs of obligatory purchase of electrical energy, for calculation of prices specified in the rates.
