[摘要] This Regulation determines: the activities considered to be environmentally and/or humanly hazardous and/or potentially dangerous, the criteria for assessing threats and effective environmental damage, the most appropriate environmental damage mitigation measures, , the way to remedy the damage to the environment (including special conditions for certain environmental constituents, protected species and natural habitats), and other related issues.
