Federal Law No. 99-FZ “On licensing of some activities”.

[摘要] This Federal Law regulates relations originating from licensing of some activities. It shall not be applicable to the use of nuclear energy, manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors. . The Act consists of 3 Sections divided into 23 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) organization and realization of licensing; and (3) conclusive provisions. Licensing shall be carried out so as to prevent damages to human life and health, environment and cultural heritage by legal and natural persons
