[摘要] This Legislative Decree sets out the penalties applicable at the national level in case of infringement of Regulation (EC) No. 842/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which lays down porvisions to contain, prevent and reduce emissions of the fluorinated greenhouse gases covered by the Kyoto Protocol.
