[摘要] This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency. In order to ensure realization of the arrangements for energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency shall be appointed responsible official that shall carry out the following tasks: (a) planning of energy saving arrangements; (b) ensuring observance of norms and rates of consumption of energy resources; (c) forwarding of energy certificates to the authorized regional executive bodies;
