Ordinance on fees for authorizations under the Energy Law.

[摘要] The present Ordinance enforces article 19 of the Cantonal Energy Law of 4 February 1991.In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees for authorizations under the afore-mentioned Law. Article 6 establishes that federal and cantonal authorities and municipalities shall not pay fees, if they have applied for an authorization for their own energy producing plants. The text consists of 10 articles.
