Regional Law No. 5-OZ “On tourism”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the principles of state policy in the sphere of tourism and regulation of relations in the aforesaid sphere. The main purposes of state regulation of tourism shall be as follows: (a) ensuring the right of citizens to recreation and initiation to historical and cultural values; (b) environmental protection; and (c) rational management of natural historical and cultural heritage.
