Enforcement Decree of the Asbestos Safety Management Act.

[摘要] The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Asbestos Safety Management Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. Article 3 establishes that the Asbestos Safety Management Committee shall deliberate on matters in relation to safe asbestos management and prevention of any harm to the health of citizens from exposure to asbestos as listed in this article.
