[摘要] The aim of this Resolution is to protect public health and the environment. The present Resolution is composed of 17 articles and 2 Tables. Article 1 deals with terms and definitions. Articles 2-4 specify the objectives and scope of this Resolution. Article 5 decrees the total ban on the importation of prohibited chemical substances. Article 9 bans the importation and use of prohibited and severely restricted chemical substances without a previous licence. Articles 10-12 specify the obligations
