[摘要] This Act concerns inspections and licences related to mineral resources in Ontario and it consists of 20 sections. Sections 1 to 7 are dedicated to the appointment of inspectors and to their powers and duties. Sections 10 to 15 concern licences, permits and the procedures for granting, refusals, suspensions and cancellations. Section 18 regulates conflicts with other Acts and section 19 offences under the Act.
