Law No. 1874-VI amending Law No. 1370-XIV on licensing in the sphere of the utilization of nuclear energy.

[摘要] Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “This Law shall be applicable to the relations originating from performance of the authorized activities in the sphere of nuclear energy generation, including cases of utilization of nuclear energy and nuclear plants by military units for purposes not related to military activities”.
