[摘要] The present Act ensures the right of access to public registers kept with the competent authorities. Article 2 defines the term “information on the environment”. Article 3 lays down provisions relating to the authorities bound to supply relevant information. Article 4 ensures that natural or legal persons have free access rights to environmental information.
