Act amending the Renewable Energy Sources Act.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Renewable Energy Sources Act of 21 July 2014. In particular, the Act amends, inter alia, article 21 dealing with tenant electricity surcharge; article 23b is added on Special provisions for tenant electricity surcharge; article 53 on Reduction of tenant electricity surchage is also amended.
