[摘要] This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation of the Urban Development Plan of Sequele the Province of Luanda (in the Annex). The above mentioned Urban Plan Regulation (PUCC), consisting of 7 Chapters, establishes the municipal urban land and territorial use planning and regulates all the interventions related to spatial organization and general conditions for building within the urban area of Sequele.
